Soul Sanctuary is an amazing place to write. Be surrounded by wandering geese, squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, birds and wild life make it a wonderfully serene environment. Connect with your core. Times are currently available for Bed and Breakfast guests to combine solo writing with nature exploration. Upcoming future events will provide opportunities to combine writing with artistic, somatic, and dance expression with experienced facilitators.
My memoir PARADISE LIES is about the unusual personal and historical circumstances that shaped my turbulent experiences as an integration experiment, and later as an iconoclastic modern black woman using meditation and yoga to punch through my mother’s Alzheimer’s and attain insight by examining my families fascinating journey. Ten years in the writing. I am now writing the book proposal.
